We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.

Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

A large selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beaches are the extensive sandy beaches of Calpe, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car, and the town's central location allows you to have most beaches such as Jávea or Denia less than 30 minutes away.
