Holiday rentals with a pool in Toril

Booked this place for our friends family of 11 who are coming from different part of the globe. The place is perfect for a big group accommodations especially for a family reunion. It is homey, clean and secure. Location is also a plus since it’s in a gated neighborhood. Most of all the host Florenda was very proactive and organized. The overall experience was such a breeze . Will surely recommend this place again.

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

We had a great stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The place is cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Sofia was really accommodating and responsive, which made things super easy. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.

Mendy was a super friendly host that made us feel at home immediately. The view is amazing with a stunning panoramic view of the city, the bay and Samal island. We’ve spent many hours just watching the boats on the sea. Can’t wait to come back to Davao, we will definitely be staying here again!

The place is absolutely nice, convenient for shopping, there are lots of restaurants too. The host is very accommodating and I enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Davao.
