La bottega di Giacomino used to be originally the residence of the housekeeper of the noble palace. Today is a place that evokes an ancient and unique atmosphere thanks to the refined design features that our guests will find. La bottega di Giacomino is a sequence of rooms and large niches where there is a contemporary designed kitchen, a large living room that can host up to 6 guests, an open bedroom suitable for children or couples, a comfortable double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom.

Welcome to real Italy. This is a unique home, named locally as Casa Matita (The Pencil House). It has an awesome view awaiting you from the loggia (roofed terrace). Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

It has a garden with a play area, fitness, swimming pool and consists of a large living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large terrace with a beautiful view.

La Volta: a unique stay in the heart of Fermo

La Volta is an underground brick dome in Fermo’s historic centre, equidistant between the Duomo and the Piazza. An unassuming street door leads to a shared, steep passage. At the base, a private entrance opens into the circular space below. The brick dome stays naturally cool in summer. The structure is simple and intact; the atmosphere comes from the architecture itself. Private access to a private garden and hill views complete a stay that is quiet, central and full of character.
