Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Nestled in the green of the beautiful and charming plateau of Campotenese , the natural gateway to the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on provincial road SP 241 ; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available to guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also serves as parking. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoilt nature.

The property, completely renovated in 2022, is equipped with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a private courtyard with a gazebo and a dining area (table and chairs). The House of Oleandri is in a great position. It is located only 45’ from Lamezia Terme Airport. Quiet area but very close to the city center, 5 minutes on foot . It has 3 bedrooms , for a total of 4 beds , plus BATHROOM and kitchen. Upon arrival you will find bed linen and bath sets. Coffee and tea for breakfast , mineral water. It has the private car seat reserved for those who stay. Only 200 mt food/tobacco/bar.

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
