Holiday houses in Topid

Appartamento spazioso, funzionale, fresco, pulito e ordinato. Molto carino il giardino che lo circonda così come il portico nel quale abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato. La posizione dell' appartamento, ubicato in una piccola strada residenziale silenziosa e tranquilla, è ottima, vicina tra l' altro al centro di Labin . Dorjan e sua moglie sono host discreti e gentilissimi . Ci siamo subito sentiti sicuri e a nostro agio. Lo consigliamo a tutti !!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, mit dem Gastgeber und der Lage. Das Haus entspricht den Erwartungen. Einkaufsläden und Strand sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und der perfekte Ort sich zu entspannen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Schäfermix Hündin hier für zwölf Tage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und verlief unkompliziert. Nada war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Im Apartment hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig und man hat nicht weit in die Stadt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants in der Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir (49, 50) waren 14 Tage mit zwei Hunden im Haus Tireli. Marina und Alen und alle Bewohner von Letajac sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Es wurde gewunken und freundlich gehupt beim Vorbeifahren, wenn wir vor Haus saßen. Wenn man mag kann man täglich ein Dutzend Katzen streicheln :-) Wir wurden mit frischen eigenen Eiern und Tomaten versorgt. Zahlreiche Tipps bzgl Restaurants, auch abseits des Touristentrubels. Die Fahrt von 28 km nach Boljun in die Konoba war seinen Zeitaufwand wert. Tagesausflug auf die Insel Krk mit Besichtigung von Krk Stadt und Vrbnik (Marinas Tipps) war auch traumhaft. 10 Liter des selbst hergestellten Olivenöls von Alen (mit Silbermedaille) und Geschenke (Danke für die niedliche Mini Ölkaraffe an Marina) lassen uns noch lange an den Urlaub denken. Die einsame Bucht von Duga Luka ist toll für Hunde, die in Rabac nicht willkommen waren. Die Pizzeria Rumore und Eis vom Kafe am Hauptplatz (beides Altstadt Labin) genial. Es war toll. We’ve stayed here during our 2 week long holiday and absolutely loved our time here. Upon arrival Elma and her husband were there to greet us and show us around the house. The house was really clean and has everything you need. From the kitchenware to the bathrooms, all the necessities are there, including a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, something you really need during the warmer months. Something else you need during those warm months: the spacious pool. Once again very clean and after a week they even came around to clean the pool again. The location of the house is convenient. Roughly an hour from Rovinj, Pula and Porec and just a 20 min drive to the beaches of Rabac. The communication with Elma was also top notch. Very quick and helpful responses in a very kind and warm manner. Would defenitely recommend staying here; 5/5 stars!

We stayed at this villa with six friends, and it was perfect! Communication with the host was smooth, and he was very welcoming, showing us around and offering great local recommendations. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a large, fantastic pool. We loved the on-site activities, like bicycles, tennis, and even an Xbox Kinect for bad weather days. There’s also a great grill area. The location is peaceful, though a bit far from the sea, so having a car is necessary to reach the nearby beaches. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Andrea’s house for business purposes, so we were not on holiday. We had a really nice stay at Andrea’s house and would definitely book again. Andrea was very friendly, proactive and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is very clean.
