This apartment is a real gem! The decor is cosy and refined, perfect for feeling at ease from the first moments. The place is nice with optimal comfort for a stay in the capital. Between the pool with a magnificent view of the city and the gym with the necessary equipment, everything is there to settle in comfortably. The location is great: quiet, you can easily get around by Tuktuk to the main attractions. If you're looking for the best place to stay in Phnom Penh, this is the place to go! Nathan is an absolutely perfect host, and his place is a gem. I booked a last-second stay (literally the same day) but he replied immediately and went the extra mile to make sure it was fresh and ready for our immediate check in. All the necessities and many thoughtful extras were available and of great quality, and everything was perfectly clean. Nathan was immediately available throughout the stay, and we extended twice to spend more time there. Highly recommended.

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.
