Oak Dene is a unique and historic building. It was built in 1908 for Dr and Mrs John Wight as a family home and surgery by his eminent architect brother, Gerard Wight. Bishop Townhouse & Clements House (next door) were built by Mr Bishop in 1904 for Mr Clements to accommodate tenants.
