The apartment is beautiful, the amenities in excellent condition, the delicious pool, the impeccable safety, the always friendly staff and Jessica's always friendly attention always clear friendly always responded quickly, made us have an incredible vacation…. We're definitely going back!!

My stay went without a hitch, everything was just like the photos, clean, tidy, safe. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Everything that is advertised and shown in the photos is as it is, and Ana was attentive at all times.

The first moment you arrive you feel at home, with everything they have and how cozy it is, the attention of the wonderful staff, totally recommended! Lulú's house is a very good option for those visiting Malinalco, it is very well located, easy to access. The place is very clean, has many dishes for your use, hot water, comfortable beds and parking inside the premises. The attention and treatment with Lulu is first class, so I highly recommend staying at this place. My wife and I went with our 3-month-old baby and everything was fine!

My stay was totally family-friendly and the place is just like the description. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and private weekend. The house is very cozy and has everything so you don't get bored, and many extras to be comfortable and at ease. The hostess was always in touch and friendly for any details or questions we had. The condominium is almost empty and therefore the pool and the place was practically for us. The pool is large and because of the heat it is always warm. We didn't want to leave. It is a place I would definitely return to.

Everything was very good, they were in contact with me and even I was recommended places for breakfast , the stay was short but pleasant , I wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything was clean, tidy, ventilated, with all the signs and the view was very nice, the pool was very nice, although umbrellas are needed but it's still nice.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity to an event, we used it to sleep, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the bedrooms was super comfortable. We would have loved to find some coffee to make in the morning, we didn't bring anything. Isabel was very kind, she was very supportive of us making the last minute reservation.
