Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise there is a cleaning fee of 500 SEK. The whole house is for the guests and warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Newly renovated and simple summer room on our 19th century farm three miles north of Kalmar. We offer a simple accommodation in an idyllic Småland landscape. In the room there is electricity, wifi, freshly cut outdoor toilet and the opportunity to borrow bicycles. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Six kilometres to the east is Kalmarsund and the shopping centre Pataholm. Cats, chickens and cows are nearby.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
