Outside, there is a garage, garden, land with fruit trees and a small swimming pool/jacuzzi (cold) It is located in the new part of the city, a 2-minute drive from the historic center. Nearby you will find the hospital and several hypermarkets. It is 200 meters from the Camino de Santiago, and is excellent for hiking and contact with nature. A cozy space for those seeking comfort and tranquility.
