Morey's Riverfront Cottage ~ 1848 Homestead

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Euston Station Homestead, Est. 1846 is one of the oldest homesteads in the Mallee. Located on the banks of the stunning Murray River, just 40 Minutes from Mildura and 5km to Euston and Robinvale. The original drop log cabin offers the sublime beauty and comfort, as in its early days. A charming historic cottage renovated in a style so sympathetic to the period. Original homestead situated on the banks of the Murray River. Newly renovated both inside and out. The house has reverse cycle heating/cooling throughout, also with a combustion wood heater in the main lounge. Great location for fishing, water skiing, swimming (beautiful sandbar only a short walk away), bird watching, nature walks, star gazing or just relaxing. Secluded and tranquil location situated only 10kms from licensed general store and 35kms from Robinvale township.

Two bedroom house with a modern kitchen, outdoor area and a pet friendly secure backyard. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. We also have a porta cot and high chair available on request. Contential breakfast is included in the price. Riverbend House also has Wi-Fi and Stan.

Owners reside in home at front and are retired tour guides. Please, no pets. We do have a cot or a comfy stretcher. Lots of tea bags, coffee pods, muffins and long life milk . In season we may have local fruit. Great outdoor private setting. Seasonal veggie patch.
