An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

We would like to thank Mr. Ozan and his very sweet wife for this wonderful stay. First of all, the house was very clean. It was the cleanest house I rented from Airbnb. I think the customer is valued when the house is clean. We were very comfortable in the house, everything was considered. The garden is very cute , the air is very clean, close to the market,restaurants and the most beautiful is close to the sea. I recommend it for everything. First, we easily reached the house from the Izmir airport thanks to the GPS directions Said provided. Very warm welcome from Said and his wife in person. They showed us every detail of the very well equipped house and left a detailed book for the use of all appliances. We really enjoyed the place, its location, the backyard terrace, the clothes dryer and the ceiling fans. A car is recommanded to enjoy the different beaches as well as the beautiful surroundings of Çesme and Alaçati. Said was always available for us. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house. It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

Ploumi’s place was fantastic, definetly better than the photos! It was super clean and she was very kind. The house has a nice view, and there are lovely beaches that we walked to (15 or 30 mins).

This place is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking, the apartment is perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she was incredibly friendly and helped us from the very first moment. She told me how to figure it out on the island and recommended many interesting places to visit. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone who plans to come to the island — it's really unforgettable!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

The room exceeded our expectations. It's a renovated apartment with all the latest electrical appliances and brand new furniture. I highly recommend it for families with children as it is very close to the city center and everything is next to you. The room is spotless and the host very welcoming.Thanksaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.
