The owner, who knows the area well, will provide activities such as playing in the river, canoeing, hunting, and secret river play spots, so you can have a slightly different stay. Whether you're with your family, fishing, traveling alone, or staying overnight, we can accommodate a wide range of requests. A natural house close to Shimojana Station and the sea

20 mins walk from Shimonada Station.3 minutes by car. We will provide free pick-up and drop-off by car. It is a 13-minute walk from Kushistation. It is a house with the sea in front of it, behind the Shiojidokudo restaurant, and a convenience store is 30 seconds away on foot. Of course, the whole house is rented out.We can accommodate up to 6 people. The sea is beautiful, and the mountains are also beautiful in Shimonada. There is a small private beach in front of the house.I think those who love nature will enjoy it. It is also easy to access the famous Aoshima on Nekoshima.　 Anyone can enjoy it, whether traveling alone, as a couple, or as a family.

There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Ricefields, Rivers and Mountains

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also a unique cultural experience. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room. This room can be divided into two though in summer it’s not advised due needing the A/C. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can shop for local foods and prepare it all in your own equipped kitchen.

House is just a short walk to the regular ferry terminal to Okinoshima, and15-minute drive to Enkoji,NO39 Shikoku88. This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.
