The apartment is a short distance from the Travel Centre (450m), downtown services (450m) and the exhibition centre (Pavilion, 800m). You can also enjoy the proximity of nature to the beach of Tourujoki, which is only 150m away. Sepän shopping center is also just a 7-minute drive away. The apartment has its own parking space with a heating post. In addition, parking on the street on weekdays with a parking disc for 2 hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and free at other times.

Small refrigerator, airfryer, and microwave. Blackout curtains, coffee and kettle. Note, the dock, canoe, grill and paddle board will be moved to winter storage on 12.10.

A good road to the yard that is plowed all the way to the door in the winter. Toivaka services 7 km away. The cottage is for your own use, which is why the calendar is updated in parts.
