Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Tohoku Region

They were very kind and accommodating, and we enjoyed it for two nights and three days. I would love to visit again!

Close to snow field parking is very convenient in the surrounding area! Host quick to respond to messages clear and accurate instructions prior to check in It was an awesome experience!

I have to say that this is the highlight of this trip in Japan. Mitsuru san friendly welcomed me even I arrived early in the morning. He introduced his house and how he enjoyed his life living in country side. After some discussion, we decided to go somewhere deep inside the mountain that foregine travellers could hardly found. We had a delicious lunch and went to take a bath in an onsen that a solo traveller relying on pulic transport like me can never reach. What really inspires me is our conversation during the drive in his car which was so fruitful and informative （ I can only speak poor Japanese, but Mitsuru san would listen and gradually explain to me by his fluent English), which helps me to understand more in local life and culture. I have to express my deepest gratitude to Mitsue san（Mitsuru san's wife) for making a fascinating dinner using local food for me. I would greatly recommend here to travellers seeking for a closer experience in Japan countryside lifestyle !

We stayed with multiple families, the living room and table tennis space were large enough for children to run around, and the adults were able to chat and laugh, and the children were free to play and it was very comfortable!

Felt like I had stepped in to someone else’s life. The house is lived in, with lots of little trinkets and decor that I wasn’t expecting. It was also incredibly cold at times, even with the stove and heaters running, so definitely bundle up. Overall, it was an experience, and I appreciate that.

I saw this homestay come out of the "wow", and live in the Forest Museum. I don't know if the ECO Line of Tangwang is available, and the owner's maiden urgently corrected the message before departure, giving us the opportunity to go to this beautiful view that will last a lifetime.

We booked this place for a ski trip with several coworkers and families, and it was fantastic. A great place to unwind after a full day on the hill, plus we had a great view of the fireworks and torch descent from the Yuzawa snow festival. It was very well equipped for coordinating a larger group.

Great lodge. Booked a tatami room, which was right above a whitewater river. Opened the window slightly and that background sound resulted in the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Nice lodge, has all you need. Kieren is a great host. Knows lots about the area Inc tips on the local onsen

This house is absolutely amazing!! It's exactly like the pictures, truly a dream home. The decor inside is exquisite, with each item carefully chosen by the owner from around the world. Every detail is thoughtful and unique. I highly recommend this place, 5 stars without a doubt!

3mins drive to the nearest ski lift, Lawson 5mins drive. Clean rooms and friendly host who can speak Chinese and Japanese! Hosts are helpful and will go the extra mile to help guests! Very appreciative of their hospitality. Hope to see them soon!
