This is a private villa with a panoramic view of Lake Towada. Located on a hill about 400m above sea level, you can enjoy the magnificent nature of each season, including the fresh green of spring, the deep blue of summer, the autumn leaves, and the snowy scenery of winter. Enjoy an extraordinary stay in the tranquillity and openness unique to the lakeside. The facility has a genuine wood-burning stove barrel sauna. You can also enjoy a Russian sauna, which becomes a genuine sauna space exceeding 90°C in about an hour. ※ Please bring firewood and kindling. Please be very careful not to burn yourself as it will be very hot. There is also a drum water bath, a large jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities. The jacuzzi also supports music playback via Bluetooth connection. * There is no hot water coming out of the jacuzzi. It is not available during the winter (November to around mid-April of the following year) to prevent freezing. Kayaks and SUPs can be used after you prepare them yourself. You can also enjoy activities such as jet skiing and boating at the adjacent Lake Towada Marina.

We accept reservations for 2 or more people. Seizekan, a farmer's inn, is located in the mountains about 25 minutes by car from Kakunodate, Akita Prefecture, and a 15-minute walk from Hachimangu Naganodairu Station on the Akita Inland Railway. Surrounded by rice fields, it is a quiet and natural environment. We renovated the second floor of a farm work shed that used to be a cowshed, and created an accommodation space with a kitchen, bath, and toilet. This space is for one group of guests per day. Some people say, "It's like returning to my parents' house." In the summer, we recommend that you spend a leisurely time feeling the breeze, and in the winter, we recommend that you lie back and listen to the sound of the boiling water in the hot water heater while facing the firewood stove. Please feel free to look into the vinyl greenhouse or go out to the hot springs.
