Start your hiking tours on the hiking trails right behind the house or take advantage of the short distances to the ski lifts in winter! The renovated two-room apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and features a fully equipped small kitchen, a balcony overlooking the greenery with a view of a small waterfall, a cosy bedroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed.

Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). It includes a bedroom with built-in double bed (size 1.60 × 1.85), as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the living area (1.60 × 2.00). THE HIGH BLACK FOREST CARD IS INCLUDED WITH US!

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.
