Great place to stay if you want to go to the volcano. The house is very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe.

A welcome return visit for me, Constanza's House fit my needs perfectly as I transition toward living full-time in Cartago. I appreciate the easy walking distance to everything I need; I don't own a car. The bus system to take me to Central Cartago is nearby, timely and inexpensive. Grocery stores are within walking distance. I cook at home so don't have experience eating at nearby restaurants. Mariela, her mom and her family go out of their way to help me with anything and everything. They are fantastic people. I'm grateful to know them.

The place is super clean and cozy. The restaurant has many options on the menu. The host is very kind, attentive and responds quickly. Definitely recommend it.

We had an excellent stay here! The house is beautiful and very large. The property is gorgeous, and also very private and safe. The local host, Gonzalo, was super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this place!!
