The stay was wonderful, the place is everything I expected and more. I felt right at home, I was able to work, rest, and Mayra is an excellent host, who in addition to doing her work helped me solve other situations that presented me. I look forward to coming back next year!

It is highly recommended, the areas are very clean and tidy, the Host inspire us a lot of trust and security, it has a private garage area, the area is very close to the center and is very quiet even for walking.

Excellent place to stay! The hosts were always very friendly at all times, there was a theme with the watering and they immediately went to fix it. We would stay here again!

It is an excellent place in terms of equipment, clean and pleasant. Although it does not have parking in the house, I easily found a few meters from where to leave my vehicle and the colony is quiet. The treatment with Fernanda is very friendly and always shows excellent willingness for suggestions and improvement of the accommodation. I will gladly return there.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place had everything we needed to cook and have a comfortable, long stay. It was the hottest month of the year so AC was a huge plus. Lovely king size bed. Minimal steps, which is hard to find in the area. (My mom had just had a hip replacement so the place was perfectly accessible for her.) The neighborhood is extremely walkable with everything you need nearby, including 3 cafes right next to the apartment. I worked remotely while I was here and never had an issue with the internet. Marcela was a wonderful host. Very responsive and attentive to our needs. Very flexible and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone visiting for a few days or doing a longer stay in Guadalajara.
