Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Tlalpan

Our stay in the apartment was exceptional, the cleanliness, the order, decoration, but above all the enough library with which it counts is really impressive and very varied, we really enjoyed each and every one of the amenities that the apartment provides, without a doubt we would stay in the same place, it is a enjoyment and enjoyment for the whole family by having the Mexican park steps from there, in addition to several supermarkets and restaurants. The host's attention and helpfulness was prompt and very respectful. Definitely in a 100/100 spot.

Gabriel was attentive, excellent communication and was always available when needed. Our unit was just the right size for us. Bed was comfortable as well as the sleep sofa. I appreciated all the hangers and iron. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I dealt specifically with Miriam, and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful! The condo was amazing and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Mexico. We ran into one slight issue accessing the ammenies (pool) but that was due to a miscommunication with staff. Miriam however was able to resolve the issue in no time at all! She was responsive, kind and did a great deal in making us feel welcome. 10/10 would reccomend.

Had an amazing 9-day trip. The place was beautiful very comfortable. Included many amenities great location plenty of stuff to do. I would highly recommend staying if you had the opportunity. The host communicated everything check-in was very easy. Really enjoyed my trip.

The apartment is nice, very clean and tidy. Cecilia was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which allowed us to do the activities we had planned on the day. There are shops and fruit shop nearby in case you decide to cook. In the bathroom you have to leave the tapado drain because if it does not smell ugly, but while it covers everything well. It is on the third floor, so if you go with someone who has difficulty climbing stairs it would be something to consider. Overall an excellent service.

The apartment is located in perfect area where there are several supermarkets, easy and close to go everywhere. The building is well secured and with gym. Luis Gabriel’s team is always there to communicate and help. Some incidents happened on my first day, they did their best to help me solve it. Although sometimes the water in bath is not hot even done everything it should take, but I assume it is the issue of the whole district not just this apartment, since I suffered same problems in the other apartment in different building here. This apartment is highly recommended and will be my option next time I visited the city.

A very quiet place, safe and close to everything you need. Excellent location.

Vannya is very knowledgeable- and knows about art and culture. She speaks good English - her apartment is in a very safe and secure building a few steps from the famous museums and the “City Market” an upscale food and wine market. It is around the corner from the BMW and Ferrari dealerships. Apartment is very modern clean and well appointed. The location is the best - just 5 minutes walk to the Apple Store and a very safe neighborhood—

Don't hesitate to stay here especially If you go to CDMX arena event all that super accessible, the stay was great the areas super well and the bed is super comfortable. not to say of Beto excellent attention super friendly treated us super well made us feel super comfortable. We all had a great time. Thank you very much for everything.

The place matches the photos. It's very simple but nice and fulfills the function of having a good rest. Mr. Sergio was extremely friendly and helped me with my questions.

Carlos's place is very nice and quiet. It is located near pharmacies, shops, supermarket and a shopping plaza. The area is peaceful and you can relax well. The garden is pretty and my dog enjoyed it for sunbathing. We would definitely come back. Like tip, in hot weather the house gets very hot, so it's worth asking for air conditioning :)

The space was so beautiful and spacious! It was perfect for our group! The hosts were very friendly and responsive! This was well worth the price!

My stay was excellent. The apartment is as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well located. The building has very nice amenities that make the experience even better. Alan is a great host, he was always on the lookout, he responded quickly and was very kind at all times. Overall, everything was perfect. Recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Roberto's apartment. The apartment is cozy but large enough for a couple or small family. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the electric fireplace is a nice touch in the small living room. The bed was very comfortable, and stocked with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The bathroom is spacious enough, and there are a ton of shelves to place your belongings. The balcony is great to enjoy in the morning or at night. The listed amenities really take this apartment over the top (for reference, you must go to the bowling center to make a reservation for bowling or the jacuzzi). I love the proximity to the metro station (Division Del Norte), and it's surrounded by restaurants/shops to make your vacation a great one. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Roberto is an awesome host on top of it.

Very well equipped apartment in residence area. I am ideal for us who were going to rest. Also the building has many amenities. We definitely would return.

Great place! Clean and it’s fully equipped for staying couple of days. Walmart close. The building is also cool and people are friendly and willing to help.

Great place to stay with a perfect host. Excellent water pressure and never ending hot water. High quality towels and linens. Stocked kitchen complete with cooktop and oven. I washed laundry every night. IZZY TV complete with Fox News Channel. Fast internet. Super clean room and building. Building has pool and other amenities I didn't use this trip but might next time. Bed slept great and plenty of closet and bathroom/mirror space. Building entry/exit super easy. Building security always present and super friendly. Entry into elevators is key card controlled....you get your own card. Security team knew me on the second day. Nice view of the area from the room and a view of the other direction from the entry walkway. Great rental.
