The place is great! Location is great— Condesa is a great neighborhood! Noose was not a problem at night for our kids. We were able to leaves our bags early when we arrived before check-in when our flight got in early. Mariana was clear and responsive. The apartment is really cute. The kitchenette worked well for us. Love CDMX!!! Can’t wait to go back.

We had a great stay with our 1.5 year old in Pedro’s place! The apartment was spacious and well stocked. It was super close to many destinations with lots of great restaurants nearby. The only thing is that there is no AC so we found it hot at night (but to be expected in Mexico). We had a great time and would stay again.

The location of this rental is perfect. You are so close to both Parque Mexico and España and good restaurants both nearby and an easy walk to Roma Norte. There is every store you may need within a few blocks: a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, barbershop, etc. There were eight of us who stayed for five nights at and we had plenty of room. The 5th floor is smaller - three bedrooms share one bathroom but the penthouse living space is beautiful. While we didn’t cook, it was not an well appointed kitchen that made staying in and cooking look fun. Like other reviews have said - both apartments get very hot during the day. It was unpleasant to be in the penthouse between 11:30 and 4 every day at the end of February. We shut the curtains in the morning and opened windows in the late afternoon but it was so hot during the day that I would be hard pressed to rent again unless I knew we would be out of the apartment most of the day.

Just a great La Condesa atmosphere fitting apartment, middle of the party scene. Great, thank you, Mexico City impressed us!

Exceptionally spacious (2,400+ square feet), west-facing, top-floor unit in the historic center of Mexico City, Petra’s apartment is a 5-15 min. walk from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Alameda Park, the National Museum of Art, the Torre Latinoamericano, the city’s cathedral, the Aztec ruins of the Templo Mayor and Tenochtítlan, and so many other famous sites. It is difficult to imagine a more centrally located place. And it’s difficult to imagine a more helpful, thoughtful, accommodating, and friendly host than Petra. She communicated quickly and clearly whenever we contacted her, and she arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well as several tours of the city and its surroundings. Her recommendations of places to visit, things to do, and restaurants and bars were spot on. I’d recommend without hesitation staying in Petra’s apartment to any group of friends or family.

Easy, quiet, comfortable. Good location, great views. We had everything we needed to rest and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Although we never felt unsafe we appreciated the 24-hour doorman for the building. The restaurant downstairs—Lardo—was a great place for breakfast + pastry. Taqueria Los Rejes, in the neighborhood, had fabulous, inexpensive tacos. Overall we had a nice stay!

Absolutely excellent apartment with stunning panoramic views from both the living room and bedrooms. Everything is brand new and in perfect condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Located just a few blocks from Paseo de la Reforma, with a supermarket conveniently around the corner. Thanks to its high-floor location and rear-facing orientation, the apartment is incredibly quiet—perfect for relaxing. We also felt very safe, as there is security staff present in the lobby at all times. Communication with the host was smooth and informative. Highly recommended!

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. It's super close to Roma, Condesa, and Juarez, making it easy to explore the best of the city. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to the doorman—he was so kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, great view, everything works great, very comfortable space, and perfect location

The property is ideally located for discovering the Polanco district. The apartment is quiet but absolutely central and we felt very safe. Communication was also perfect. We highly recommend the place to get to know Mexico City.

This is the perfect location and perfect little place for a couple’s first visit to CDMX. Location is ideal—in the center of so many things to do (and eat) but still off the main roads enough that it’s mostly quiet. We especially loved having breakfast on the rooftop patio. Adorable place and Carla really thought of everything in terms of what we might need so the stay went very smoothly.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better—right between Roma and Condesa, just steps away from some of the best cafes, restaurants, and bars in the city. Whether I was in the mood for a laid-back coffee shop or an upscale dinner, everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with great natural light. The Wi-Fi was reliable (perfect for remote work), and the host was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. If you're looking for a safe, walkable, and vibrant area to base yourself while exploring Mexico City, this place is perfect. I'd absolutely stay here again!

The place is very practical, everything close, there are nice restaurants close by. Close to public transportation and stadiums. It is beautiful and has everything you need to be there ( without spending too much) it has a separate bathroom and has its refrigeration, micro, stove, laundry room and kitchen utensils, The only detail to consider is that the apartment is on 4th floor and you have to climb stairs.

We had a great time at Elvira’s place. All as described! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only detail I would consider when booking this property is the lack of AC for summer months. It was perfect for March and it was cooler at night, but I can see it getting very warm in the in the coming months.

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Our stay at Luis's in Polanco was wonderful. Such a great neighborhood and the unit was very clean with a comfortable bed and adequate (though tiny) kitchen. The balcony is beautiful and almost the size of the apartment. Great place to hang out. Miguel and Juan, the doormen, were both very friendly and helpful. Communication with Luis was easy and fast. We would love to stay here again and enjoy the nearby parks, restaurants, etc.

Everything was as described. The location was perfect.

Ricardo was an excellent host, quickly responding to questions. The apartment was exactly as described, spotless and clean, ideal for us (2 people). The concierge and cleaning service were excellent. We appreciated the thoughtful provision of daily water, and some beverages. The location is great with many excellent restaurants and cafes within 5 mins walk, and a Walmart Express also 5 mins walk away for simple groceries. It is a wonderful Polanco neighborhood, very safe to walk around. We had an excellent weekend sightseeing around Mexico City. One minor surprise was the homeless encampment outside the Venezuelan embassy about 100 m from the front entrance. It was a bit distracting while walking past it, but never a security worry.

The apartment has everything you need for the stay, everything is clean, safe and very comfortable, 10/10 I highly recommend it❣️
