El lugar hermoso, falta cambia las fotos por que el lugar está cómodo y súper amplio. Siento que las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar 🙂

El señor Daniel desde el momento en que reservamos el airbnb se porto muy amable y nos aclaro varias dudas que teníamos, y esto solo mejoro cuando estuvimos ya hospedándonos. El lugar es tal cual como lo describe y como se ve en las fotos, tiene su privacidad y como esta en una privada por las noches también es muy seguro, fue una experiencia muy buena el quedarnos ahí

El departamento se encontraba muy limpio y muy equipado en cuanto a utensilios de cocina almohadas y cobijas para la habitación, etc Varios lugares alrededor como plazas comerciales, tiendas de conveniencia, farmacias.

Lugar amplio y cómodo, bastante independiente a pesar de que son varios edificios con departamentos

Had an Amazing experience! I would definitelyrecommend and will Back! Everyone was extremely helpful and the appartment was more than expected! It's also walking distance from the Shopping mall and the neighborhood was super safe! best views and amazing sunsets! Totally in love!

Marie es muy atenta, siempre anda preguntando que si ocupas algo y esta cerca del departamento. Así que si ocupas algo para el departamento te lo puede llevar o si tienes dudas, te va a contestar al momento

Norma es una excelente anfitriona, siempre muy atenta y amable. El lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo muy limpio, organizado y funcional. Además, es un excelente lugar para estar con niños 1000/10

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación ideal, cerca de prácticamente todo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para quedarse todos los días que uno quiera. La llegada es muy cómoda y ante cualquier cuestión el anfitrión siempre está al pendiente. Lo único que sí quiero comentar y que no sé si será algo que sucedió durante los días de nuestra estancia o será algo de continuo y es que al lado del edificio se encuentra el museo de tolerancia y justamente en las tardes/noches se juntaba mucha gente manifestándose a favor de la marihuana, con un olor muy fuerte y se podía sentir algo de inseguridad. Ventajas o desventajas de hospedarte en una zona tan céntrica. Quitando eso, que no tiene nada que ver con el anfitrión que siempre estuvo atento, el alojamiento es perfecto y seguramente volveríamos a repetir.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

El lugar coincide con la descripción y fotos, era muy limpio y muy cómoda en general la estancia. Carlos estuvo al pendiente de cada duda presentada y fue muy claro con las indicaciones para acceder al lugar.

Had an amazing stay at Gabriel’s apartment for my first time in Mexico City. He was an amazing host: responsive, flexible, gracious and helpful. I strongly recommend it!

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

Erika fue clara con las instrucciones, andaba al pendiente de cualquier situación además de que el departamento tiene los utensilios y electrodomésticos. No se escuchan ruidos de otros vecinos, puedes dormir tranquilo además de que tienes la plaza comercial y más tiendas para realizar compras.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y muy completo. El precio me pareció muy justo. La estancia se sintió muy acogedora y no tuve problemas de comunicación con el host en ningún momento. Recomendado.

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, relaxing Airbnb experience!

Excelente departamento, Juan Pablo nos atendió de maravilla, es un depto que vale mucho la pena, las amenidades igual espectaculares, tal cual se ve en las fotos está el espacio, la ubicación excelente.
