The place is beautiful, change the photos because the place is comfortable and super spacious. I feel that the photos do not do the place justice 🙂

From the moment we booked the Airbnb, Mr. Daniel was very kind and clarified several doubts we had, and this only improved when we were already staying. The place is just as described and as seen in the photos, it has its privacy and since it is in a private community, at night it is also very safe, it was a very good experience to stay there

The apartment was very clean and very equipped in terms of kitchen utensils pillows and blankets for the room, etc. Various places around like shopping squares, convenience stores, pharmacies.

Marie is very attentive, she is always asking if you occupy something and it is close to the apartment. So if you occupy anything for the apartment you can take it or if you have any questions, it will answer you at the moment

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the museum of tolerance and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

Erika was clear with the instructions, she was aware of any situation, and the apartment has the utensils and appliances. You don't hear noises from other neighbors, you can sleep peacefully and you have the shopping plaza and more shops to shop.

The place is very well located, very clean and very complete. I thought the price was very fair. The stay felt very cozy and I had no communication problems with the host at any time. Recommended.

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.
