Villa holiday rentals in Tkon

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

It was great at Sabina's! She and her husband personally welcomed us and showed us everything. As a welcome, there was a huge meal package incl. Fruit basket, ham, cheese, wine, cold beer, sweets and even one of a fully equipped bar! Great. When we said we will also grill, there was a bag of charcoal in front of the door the next day. The house itself is very clean and offers everything you need. You have a great view over the small quiet bay. There is a nice beach with several hip beach bars, a boat rental and a great fish restaurant right next door. You can walk super fast in Tribunj or by car or boat in Šibenik. All in all, a great location. We traveled with baby, also here we were provided with everything we needed (cot, high chair etc. To say goodbye, Sabina brought us again a gift for the child and wine for us. Thank you, we will come back! :)

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

The host was very helpful, hassle-free contact and a beautiful well-maintained place :) unfortunately the weather was not great, but if it was beautiful and sunny, it's nothing to relax with friends! Recommended :)

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Stop looking and book this property! We regularly use Airbnb and this is definitely at the top of our list of places we have visited. The property is exactly as pictured, clean, fresh, spacious and modern, but the view is even better than you can imagine! The property is well appointed, with everything you'll need for your stay. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms clean and fresh and the downstairs kitchen/living/diner is much bigger that it looks online. Petar was a fab host, he helped us with directions to the property when we arrived late at night, left us snacks after our journey and was on hand throughout with recommendations and help whenever we needed it. The surrounding area is fab too, nice and quiet, beautiful and with an amazing restaurant a short walk away. We can't recommend this place enough.

We liked it very much in the house, the nice hostess was always reachable and helped us with restaurants, etc. You quickly feel at home and the neighbors are all nice.

For us, 7 adults and two toddlers, it was a great week. We had enough space and a crib was also available. Far from stress and with everything we need. Great location, great house. We were still able to swim extensively in the heated pool and hot tub at the end of October/beginning of November. The sea is about twenty minutes by car. And we enjoyed it very much.

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

We were there with 6 boys and had a nice time, we used the many sports opportunities a lot with magnificent mountain scenery. Ana always responded quickly and politely, Ana offered us many ideas and locations, which made our stay even better. the accommodation has everything you need we were very satisfied with the entire stay. with best regards, Jakob

Ivana is a great host very reliable and probably the best tourguide in town ! the house is amazing and has all things you need with stunning views/pool/amazing balconies and sport opportunities beaches in walking distance . thank you so much !

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

Villa very nice and comfortable, large bedrooms, living room, dining area, terrace. Clean and welcoming. Location approx. Unfortunately, the street was being renovated during our stay, which unfortunately made it quite noisy. Very flexible and friendly host. Overall, the trip was very positive.

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had the best time at Katarina’s place. It was our first visit to Croatia and after a long drive from Zagreb airport we were hungry, tired and thirsty on arrival. Katarina’s welcome food and drink was so well received! The house is beautiful, the pool area and dining areas outside were perfect. The place is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and there is so much space. Grapes, olives and figs are available from the garden. Ollie the cat is a great companion too. Nearby Rogoznica is a lovely town, with places to eat and drink and watch the sunset. It also has supermarkets, as does nearby Marina. We hired a boat from Pika in Vinišće which was fantastic. And the food at Dalmata afterwards was enjoyed too! We visited Trogir for a day and it’s a gorgeous town with windy streets like Venice, a market and lots of yachts to watch. We could have stayed for weeks and explored so much more. Highly recommend Katarina’s place. Oh and the sunsets…

We had the best time at this Airbnb! It is like a dream! The house has everything you could ever need during a holiday, the garden and pool area is great, also with kids , and we enjoyed having no direct neighbours. Antonela is an amazing host and the communication was great. There is nothing we would have wanted differently and we would come back anytime.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

The house and especially the view were even more beautiful than in the pictures and we enjoyed our time very much! The private beach access is really a highlight and has a great, large walkway made of wood, on which you also have great space with 10 people! The hostess took such good care of us and was always there to help and advise us! We even had the opportunity to borrow SUPs (for a fee), which was also a great experience, as the bay is very quiet and has hardly any waves!

This stay was perfect. The house is good, the terrace and pool area even better. There is a van selling bread og sweets every morning, that was really good. The host are extreamly friendly and helpful with everything. We really recomand this place :)
