Here you can enjoy the sea and beach, mountains and forests, the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer with family and friends. You are within walking distance of a cozy convenience store that is open 24/7, beach and small boat harbour with wood-fired sauna. Only 40 minutes away by car is Norway's national mountain Stetinden. If you feel like a city break, Narvik is 1 hour away by car. Right behind the house is the road to a beautiful mountain area, where there are very good conditions for trail biking.

Beautiful place by the sea

The cabin is located by the lake on beautiful Tjeldøya in Tjeldsund (Ofoten). Suitable for active families or couples who like to go on mountain hikes. We have used the cabin as our base for this, and therefore do not have a boat available. Also perfect for those of you just wanting to retreat and seek peace and quiet. The only thing you hear here is the sound of the boats or cruise ships in the strait, something we love to observe when we sit on the terrace. Also suitable for workers with short assignments in the area.

Bjørklund Farm

Welcome to this idyllic old farmhouse on Tjeldøya. The northern Light can be seen right outside the door and during the summermonths one can see cruiseboats on the Tjeldsund strait. The house is close to the sea, and the island is perfect for hikes in the mountains. You can fish cod, Salmon, makrell or flatfish - and if lucky you may ser the whales or some of the majestic eagles that habitates in this area. This year it is perhaps particularly attractive to be able to come to Bjørklund Farm if Norway holidays.

Northern Lights in winter or midnight sun in summer

Cozy, well-equipped holiday home with 2 bedrooms and an extra 90 cm bed on the loft. The accommodation is located right by the amazing Gressholmene and only 20-25 minutes from the airport. Here you can dive from the jetty and swim in the sea. The surroundings offer a rich bird and animal life, without annoying car noise. Harstad city can be visited by car within 20 minutes. Car to nearest store, 12 minutes. Northern Lights in winter. In the period May 22 - July 21 there is midnight sun in Harstad. Welcome.

Between Lofoten and Tromsø, beautiful views

Rural location, 50 m from the sea/pier. Festive, retro style. Well equipped, bathroom with underfloor heating. 2 beds in the loft (steep stairs), 1 sofa bed on the first floor. Bed linen/towels included 45 min drive from Harstad/airport. Minimarket/gas station nearby. Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). No smoking/parties

A one-of-a-kind stay for naturelovers. In this architect built, design house you will be immersed in the wonders of nature all year; the northern-lights , midnightsun and wildlife. With short walks, you will be in idyllic settings. Moose, hare, and other wild animals can be comfortably spotted from the many panoramic windows of the house. In season, the northern lights often dance over the mountains here, you can see it directly from laying in your warm bed or the heated jacuzzi on the terrasse

Sjøbo - Your own cabin by the ocean, Evenskjer

Your own private cabin, with the ocean right outside your window. Inside you find three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. Depending on the season and weather you can see eagles and other birds fly by, or just enjoy the stunning aurora. It´s a 3 minute walk to our small city center with grocery stores, sports shop, a liquor store, pharmacy, hair dressers and a gas station.

Hytta ligger ved Storvann Syd, 25 min.kjøretur sør for Harstad.ca 35 min fra Evenes flyplass.Det er to soverom med dobbeltsenger i hovedetasjen og dobbelseng på hemsen. Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,

Trollviken lodge is conveniently located in relation to infrastructure, weather system, fjords and mountains, which means that within a day trip distance there is always the opportunity to find very good conditions for outdoor activities (skiing, climbing, cycling, diving, war history, northern lights safari, etc.)
