Monthly Rentals in Tiwi Beaches

What a beautiful beautiful place. The pictures don’t do the house justice and Tiwi is a beach that is still as gorgeous as it was 30 years ago. No beach boys, no grief just lovely people everywhere. We snorkelled, swam in the pool, swam in the sea, played on the beach, rock pool hunted on the reef. Saw amazing starfish, moray eel, box fish and 3 types of sea hare as well as the “usual stuff”. We missed turtles hatching by 24 hours, but watched one come up to lay her eggs . The perfect place to spend a few days with the family chilling, talking and reconnecting. The verandah at the front is the best hub place. Then food - Anthony creates magic in the kitchen. Fresh fish, fruit and his tempura squid with coriander and soy sauce was delish. Fred the taxi driver is great and as a mixed family of 6 we could be as active and busy or not as we chose. The best way to end a trip to Kenya and as a previous resident it was perfect -Asante Tanya xx

Our stay at Bayana house was amazing & was made really special by all the staff. The house is maintained daily with staff onsite. They are all attentive to any requirements or needs you have but also give you enough privacy to enjoy the house. The house itself is beautifully designed, open lounge, loads of seating areas, amazing pool & massive bedrooms. The house was perfect for me and my family giving us enough privacy but close enough to the beach/restaurants/shops. The complimentary massage was amazing too😍 Overall would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone visiting Diani! Special shoutout to: Gabriel, your communication was quick and helpful! 💬 Anna, you made us feel right at home! 🏡 Chef Malik & Zainab you were absolutely amazing!! 🍴 Kasim you kept the pool top condition for us every day! 🏊🏼‍♀️ & all the staff around thank you so much ❤️

Overall amazing experience all around. Margaret the cook and cleaning lady was amazing. We really enjoyed the food and service. If you are looking for a secluded place - this is a great one. A couple of things to note: 1) The printed instructions are outdated. None of the beach guides were working there. But it wasn't a problem - we met Amos who did an amazing job. You meet him on the beach. 2) The location is a bit distant from the shops / supermarkets. It is possible to deliver things there but you should think about it beforehand. 3) In one shower there was only hot water and in another shower there was only cold water. Overall, the houses could use a bit of renovation. 4) There was some music coming from the neighborhood that disturbed our sleep on one of the nights. None of the above were major points - overall, the experience was amazing, highly recommended.
