Apartment located 19 km from the centre of Rome and 12 km from Tivoli, on Via Nazionale Tiburtina. Connections: Bus stop right outside the house and the train station is 5 minutes away. About 30 minutes to central Rome, depending on traffic. Places of tourist interest: Rome is 30 minutes away, and Tivoli with Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana is 20 minutes away. Then there's also Villa Adriana, 15 minutes away. Terme di Roma spa is a 5-minute drive away. Tiburtino shopping centre 400 metres away.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.
