Quiet neighborhood ideal for arrivals or departures from Ciampino airport, events at the Capannelle racecourse, to visit the Villa dei Quintili and the ancient Appia. The bright spacious room has a large balcony that overlooks the garden, in the morning it is pleasant to have breakfast on the terrace or spend moments of relaxation outdoors. There is a coffee machine, microwave, milk, juices, butter, etc to prepare breakfast. Large private bathroom. The second room is for the 3 'and 4' guest.

The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

it is possible to stay in three with comfort because there is a little tiny room in front of the main bedroom with one single bed, suitable for a child/kid. the little room doesn't have the window but it's got a little door, it is just beside the bedroom so it is perfect for a little family. please watch the photos before to book. very warm in the winter and fresh in the summer.
