Unique location by the sea in Håvika havsgård approx. 2 km from Titran at the end of Frøya. Idyllic location with a great view of the Frøyhavet. The waterfront house/holiday home is spread over 2 floors: 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room and TV living room. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and storage room. Access to terrace on ground floor. Titran is an old fishing village with a lot of history and can offer great nature and spectacular experiences in both nice and rough weather. A favorite place for fishermen, divers and paddlers.

Here you can enjoy the silence and relax with the whole family. All on one floor! Beautiful views, close to the lake and beach. Frøya offers many hiking opportunities. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used. The boat has been taken up for the year. Must be boat experienced/boat license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must clean and wash the cabin yourself after use. Think of those who come after you.

Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming, etc. The accommodation is located right down to the lake. Bakery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is no washing machine Bed linen, sheets and towels must be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 Tenants leave the house as it is when they arrive. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Trivelig hus med fantastisk utsikt utover Dolmsundet! Sentralt plassert midt i mellom Hitra og Frøya ca 14 minutter kjøretid til sentrum på begge øyene. Huset ligger på et rolig gårdstun med tilgang til naust og proff 20 fots alu båt med 60hk, ekkolodd og kartplotter for fiske etc. Båten kan leies for kr 1200.- døgnet. Eier med familie bor på samme gårdstun og er erfaren utleier gjennom mange år. Det er også tilgang til flere ferskvann med øretfiske å strand.
