With a great layout of open kitchen/living area and 3 seperate bedrooms, the whole family can really come together and relax in great surroundings. Enjoy a private deck with BBQ area, perfect for cozy evenings those long summer nights. Relax by the fireplace or explore the lush, green surroundings. This idyllic property boasts a prime location adjacent to the picturesque plantation of Asserbo/Tisvilde, and the stunning beaches are easily accessible by bike or on foot. The house spans 50 m2 and features an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living area and kitchen, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. Includes annex with double bed. Accommodates 4 guests.

This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

The kitchen has a cooking island, wood-burning stove and is in open connection with the dining area, which in turn is partially open to the living room. 2 rooms with large loft, large bathroom with both spa and shower as well as laundry room with washing facilities. There is 1000 m to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest shopping.

Huset ligger i skønne rolige naturomgivelser ned til Esrum Å. Fra huset er der udsigt til have, Å og marker. Ved siden af huset ligger hovedhuset hvor der somme tider kan være nogen. Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.
