Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Tissamaharama

We had a wonderful time at Kirinda Beach resort. Patricia is a very interesting person, always friendly, very easy to communicate with her. The place felt very special, very un-touristic, and most of the time we had the pool and the beach to ourselves. Our little hut had all we needed. The food also was very tasty and plentiful. Patricia also helped us to plan and organise our further trip.

So far our most beautiful and cosiest accomodation in Sri Lanka. The elevated palm-leaf coverd huts located in a lovely garden with palm trees, pepper, different kinds of fruit and flowers at the edge of the lake is outstanding. The waterbuffalos are grazing in the water right next to the bungalow! We also were very happy with the safari organised by the host. Our driver Bindu always found a way to avoid the big crowd and had a unique sense for beeing at the right place on the right time without any rushing (as it seems to be common in Yala NP). Thanks to him we were able to see anything the park has to offer almost on our own.

Great hosts! We had a wonderful stay. Wasanta and his staff were very kind, gentle and attentive. A treat to meet them. The tent was fully equipped and offered great support for our safari stay. The food was excellent, and there was even a large swimming pool. I wonder if there's any tent in Yala that could top this one.

This is the best villa we have stayed by yala! The pool was an amazing addition and the caretaker was warm and very welcoming and accommodated all our needs with ease! As for meals, the chef did a fantastic job! Be sure to bring vegetables with you to avoid hassle of availability around town. The guys can only cook food from local stores, and they might not have good quality items. Our driver was able to stay in the tent. Overall really amazing place once the initial minor hiccups were sorted out. Would def come back for Sumeda’s hospitality!!

We had a wonderful time glamping here and felt right at home. The atmosphere on the campsite was lovely. All the staff members were very nice and organised a great safari for us. We chose the morning safari and were pleasantly surprised that the park was not crowded at all and we could enjoy our time near a lot of animals in peace and silence. The camp manager Travis was especially helpful and kind. He made sure our dietary preferences were met. I forgot my headphones in the tent at check out so he mailed them to our hotel and even called to make sure they arrived safely. Special thanks for this! Thank you for all your efforts, we will come back for sure!

Indeed a Wilderness in Yala! 2Nights Outdoor Swimming pool with trees & animals around. Amazing Hospitality by Naveen ( Supervisor.) He made sure we had a great stay. Amazing food (Inhouse chef), he even cooked Indian style chicken and potato. We also did the Game drives through Naveen which made the trip superb.(Extra star just for him).
