L'appartamento, che gode di una bellissima vista sulle Dolomiti, è in paese (1000 m.slm) comodo ai servizi di base (panificio e alimentari, bar/giornali, ufficio postale, chiesa, parco giochi per bambini, area pic- nic) e per godere di comode e rilassanti passeggiate. L'abitazione dista circa 6 Km da Agordo, dove si possono trovare banche, farmacie, supermercati, distributori di benzina. Dista inoltre circa 25 km. da Alleghe e Falcade, 30 da Belluno, 70 da Cortina d'Ampezzo, 140 da Venezia.
