We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Aurel and Maria. The apartment has generous amenities and is as described in the pictures. The way to the beach was reachable in a few minutes and restaurants, bars and markets for shopping were nearby. There was also a pharmacy in the area. 100% recommended!

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

We spent a week in Idlir's apartment. The contact with Idlir and his wife went smoothly and without complications. We arrived at 11:30 pm and were personally and warmly welcomed. The hosts were very easy to reach and accommodating. The highlight of the apartment was the direct beach location and the direct breathtaking sea view. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. After a very relaxing week, we can highly recommend the apartment!

This apartment has a beautiful view and the beach is literally in front of you. Just go down the elevator, leave the building and turn to the left and the beach is 30 meters in front of you. I definitely recommend this property to visit in June like I did, because the beach is almost empty and the water is nice! Thank you.

Great place Great host Close to everything

The apartment is as described, very cozy, equipped with everything you needed and more. Located directly on the beach. Very good contact with the owner, hassle-free change to leave the place. Feel free to recommend this listing to others, they'll be happy if they're hoping for decent conditions at a good price and with a great location for sunbathing. A small parking lot on the block, but clever ones always find something.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

This villa is truly lovely. It has everything you need and the pool and bbq is an added bonus. The garden/pool area is in the sun for most of the day, however there are parts of shade from trees when needed. All the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms equipped with shampoo and shower gel was an excellent touch. It’s in a very safe neighbourhood with friendly people. There was no issues with parking or noise. Overall we had a great stay.

Every thing went well, a lovely apartment just near the beach. Very peaceful and we had a great weekend. Thank you!

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

I absolutely recommend this place. Perfect location for walking to the sea or for going around in the evening for shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in. We hope to return.

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

Recommended as this was a wonderful stay! The apartment is fully furnished, very clean, and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Xhuliana and her mother are very kind.

All was fine and a very nice host who also showed us around in the neighbourhood, which is quite chilled with a calm and happy athmosphere and plenty of markets and good restaurants.

Arsen is a great host. Top notch apartment with all you need. The balcony is perfect for spending all day. Sunchairs and furniture makes it a great place to be in the sun as well as eating and relaxing. Water dispenser, a lot of blankets, towels etc. It’s highly recommended if you need a stress free vacation. Can not thank Arsen enough for a great stay.
