The flat is located near the Grand Park of Tirana and offers its guests an amazing view of the Artificial Lake! It is fully equipped and able to tailor all your needs for both short term and long term stays. The latest heating/cooling system is implemented in each room! Our apartment is quite spacious (90 m2) with two newly furnished bedrooms, one cozy living room with a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two relaxing balconies which make it perfect for couples and families.

Situated on the 2nd floor of the building it stands as the sole property in this unique location. Just a 6 minute drive from the vibrant Blloku nightlife.For guests arriving by car, please note there is a 7-minute walk(500m) from the road (as depicted in the last photo) to the apartment. Due to its location, vehicular access directly to the property is not available.
