Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Welcome to Christine & Lionel's

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in a small village in Nièvre. All amenities 8 km away (La Machine) and 30 minutes from the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit. Close to Morvan and its beautiful landscapes. Accommodation including an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...) Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

Chaumes de Villeneuve 'Le chalet'

Located a few kilometres from Châtillon en Bazois, in the centre of France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by oak trees, all a few steps from the Nivernais canal. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the Nièvre, in the Bazois, with a view of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Chez Alexandra & Simba

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Sleeping in a cozy farmhouse with a beautiful view over the surrounding meadows? In the small, peaceful village of Cossaye, we rent out the HIDE OUT: the perfect place to unwind. Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, already ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the calm of the hamlet is required.

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Bright Tiny House

Enjoy the light due to the big windows. The house offers a moment of peace. With a stroll through the woods and fields of the Morvan, and the benefits of Lake Pannecière. Visit Bibracte and the museum of Vercingétorix, the peaks of the Haut Folin, and the springs of the Yonne. The guests take care of the house, bring their own bedding and do the cleaning themselves.
