Το σπίτι είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . It is approx. 10 minutes walk from the center of the town & a <5 minute drive from the popular beach of Ag.Fokas. The house is very spacious with 2 floors and 135 square meters. The bathroom, WC and kitchen were just renovated and the large bedrooms offer plenty of space for the guests to settle in.
