Simply one of the quietest and most cozy stays. I was greeted by his wife, Marileida. Always polite, zealous, helpful and kind. I felt welcomed as if at home being supported by my mother. It was a trip in a post-surgical period and I had so much dedication and zeal that I was embarrassed with such care. The most beautiful and cozy house than in the pictures. The IMPECCABLE cleaning town. When I arrived, it had a soft and pleasant perfume exhaling Cleanliness. All new, new property, rustic style furniture and countryside air. House security, I thought it was excellent, practically next to a huge supermarket. Full silence to rest. Family neighborhood, via children and ladies walking down the street during the day. I went alone and felt very safe. And most importantly for me - clean, flawless and new. I simply had my expectations exceeded. I recommend and reinforce the thanks for the pleasant and quiet week I had.

Great accommodation. Once again I was very well received by Thayron's parents. The house has everything the guest needs for a good stay. Very quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, greengrocer and bakery nearby. The house is less than 2 km from downtown Timóteo. I recommend it to all future guests.

Paula was very attentive to my questions, the apartment was very clean and smelled good, my boyfriend and I loved it. Description matches the photos. The supermarket in front helped me a lot. I'll be back as soon as I can.
