Holiday rentals with lake access in Timmins

Super cute apartment! Much bigger than we thought, and was perfect because we could put the playpen beside our bed in the bedroom :) Love it!

I had a wonderful stay at the Funky Bird's Eye studio. The place was super cozy and had a lovely funky vibe. I enjoyed the privacy and atmosphere of staying at the place. The studio was spacious and clean. Aurora was kind, friendly and responsive host! I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Timmins, ON.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment had everything I needed. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay there on future trips to Timmins.

This is the 2nd time that I've booked with Steph. Stayed in a smaller apartment in the same building last year. Booked with her again because of the location, the cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen, and especially because of Steph's responsiveness. The location is perfect if you like to start your day with a beautiful walk, with the trail and promenade around Gillies lake, basically across the street from the apartment. Highly recommend booking with Steph, no matter which apartment you choose in this building!

What a great place to just relax and unwind. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Kim and Ken are amazing hosts. They have all the details laid out for their guests in a very organized book. There are so many things included in your stay making it lighter for us to pack. They welcome pets which is a huge plus. They were there for checkin to make sure we knew how to operate everything and available for any questions. Great fishing even in August. I would highly recommend this remote, private property.

Tania's place was absolutely wonderful. It was stylish, comfortable with a good price and choice of amenities, and ofcourse being in the beautiful sceneries of Rice Lake. Tania and Gill were very kind and accomodating. Would come back again. Highly recmended.

Eric and Isabelle’s Beautiful cottage is peaceful, located on a nice lake. It took us 15min to reach from 101 (40 min from Timmins city center). Very happy with how our hosts communicated with us and would recommend staying at their lake house!

Sylvie is a great host, easy to communicate with and quick response to answer our questions. This place is amazing, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was fully loaded with essentials and a lot of extras. The layout is awesome, open concept with the view on the lake. The yard is huge with a nice fire pit, lots of room to play game. We also brought our boat and went fishing, we caught nice bass. Lots of small animals; like all kinds of birds, squirrels and chipmunks to entertain us. There are nice bush trails all around the property. We will be book again. This is the best airbnb we booked so far. 5 ++++++++. Thanks again Sylvie

From check-in to check-out this place did not disappoint. The lakeside view was peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The cottage was beautiful! Our group enjoyed our stay and would 100% visit again.
