Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

Beautiful space - perfect for two couples or small families. My husband and I went for a weekend away with my parents. Loved the location being close most places around the lake and Megan was super responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars all the way!

We were in town for Laconia bike week and it was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The view from the front porch is beautiful and we spent a lot of our time on the porch, relaxing. I would absolutely stay there again.

Jenn's place is gorgeous and perfect for a peaceful, nature escape! Our group had an amazing stay in this cozy cabin- staying by the lake during the day and enjoying all of the board games in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and cooking supplies which made for a nice surprise as we cooked most of our meals inside. The listing included a paddleboard for use which we couldn't find, but we enjoyed the kayaks regardless and the private beach is very accessible and beautiful. We highly recommend Jenn's place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our time at Britney's lake house. It was so cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The lake was beautiful and a little bit chilly a couple of days so her hot tub was Wonderful! Brittney was communicative and asked if we needed any recommendations. We have family friends with a house on the lake so we will be back. Would definitely book with Brittney again for some Lake Time house comforts. This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

I really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. We were busy during the day so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the lake, but the house was beautiful and comfortable, there are 3 (!) full bathrooms, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. I hope to come back and spend more time here.

We loved the character of the house. Its historic age was quaint and added charm to our weekend. It is located on in a quite area even though it sits on the main road. The large room on the back of the house was perfect for our large group to hang out and spend quality time together. The kitchen was decorated to match the character of the house but had modern soft close cabinets and great appliances. Adam, the host, was attentive and very helpful with our needs.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Thank you Christine & Corey.

What a cute place! This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. It was so relaxing on the back deck and being literally on top of the water was so cool. The inside has a great view of the water all around as well. Very cute inside and Mandi was a great host. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place with a mountain view like no other! Much needed peace and quiet.. Very affordable and Judith is a wonderful host. Very responsive to my messages. I will definitely be looking for availability next time I'm in town! Thanks for being so accommodating!
