Beautiful apartment and very nice host. It is superbly located and close to the harbour, as well as the city centre. The building is a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us.

Silvias appartment is really great, you feel like sleeping in a palace! The location is perfect, just at the port. Silvia is a nice host, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I only booked one night because I had a work class on the same street as the property. Svetlana was very clear and available right away. The house was very welcoming and clean.

Marina and Antimo are very friendly people. In addition, we have never been able to move into such a clean apartment. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The beds sleep fantastically. The patio is nice to hang out in. And for the dog, it was also a nice place. In addition, people think of the little things that make the arrival pleasant. Toilet paper, soap, cleaning things, ice cubes, everything has been thought of. Antonio also came to let us taste his bottled wine (which was fantastic, by the way). In short, we had a fantastic time here over a period of 5 days and would love to come back again.

The house is very nice and with convenient parking for the car. It is clean and well maintained, equipped with everything you need and even more. The host, Maria Grazia, is very nice and approachable. A true oasis of peace, with a beautiful view of the greenery and in this season you can hear the chirping of birds. Highly recommended!

Marco’s place is ideally situated to enjoy the delightful little harbour of Nervi with its selection of restaurants and bars. The flat was spotless and the air conditioning is a real bonus given how hot it can become outside. The dog especially appreciated it! Another plus is the underground parking space as street parking is tricky. Marco was very friendly too. We were extremely happy to stay here and can thoroughly recommend it.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

We had a fantastic stay and were very sad to leave. We have young children and it was great to let them experience nature in a safe and friendly environment. The hosts made us feel so welcome and arranged local horse riding which was excellent. We were also able to try out making pizza with the pizza oven. We found plenty of things to do within driving distance but also really enjoyed our days spent relaxing and playing at the property. Borgo Val Di Taro has some great little shops, restaurants, park and a particularly good gelato shop (Dolce Neve) which was a highlight. We leave feeling relaxed and inspired. It was great to meet such a warm and lovely family.

Amazing apartment and view!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

We had a great stay at Loredana and Lacopo's apartment! The apartment was very comfortable and the hosts went above and beyond with setting it up for us, down to details such as cold drinks in the fridge and fresh focaccia! You can tell they are passionate about what they do. It was nice to have a relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. Lacopo was very responsive in answering my questions about sights in the area and providing his recommendations. They were also very accommodating with our check-in, including allowing us to park our vehicle and storing our luggage until the apartment was ready for our check in. Would choose this apartment again if we came to the area!

In a beautiful and stimulating city like La Spezia, Federica's apartment is a faithful reflection of the city. The decor is exquisite, without being pretentious. The spaces are spacious, practical and bright. It had everything you needed for daily needs, comfortable beds, clean towels, and tasty touches: Coffee, olive oil, soap, shampoo. In short, it was an experience worthy of the Dolce Vita.

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found a great bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, in a few minutes, you can reach the port (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the centre, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with excellent value for money. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

Very simple and flexible check-in and check-out service, to meet our needs. The apartment was clean, with everything you need to stay for a couple of days. Sofa bed slightly less comfortable but makes a virtue of necessity.

Very clean and spacious apartment (even more than what appears in the photos) in a central location and very convenient for getting around both on foot and by public transport. The parking space, in our case uncovered, is also very useful, a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. The real treat, however, are the hosts, who are of a rare kindness and helpfulness. Upon arrival, they made themselves available to advance the check-in and they made us find the apartment not only in excellent condition but also the fridge full of drinks, coffee capsules, all the condiments and even focaccia. They also gave us a late check-out and even gave my son a gift for his birthday. Really recommended from the heart!

Accommodation in a great location, both for walking to any destination and to go quickly to the station on foot. The accommodation complies with the photos as described, it is very clean and equipped, from the window there is a nice view and you can't hear noises. The bathroom is large and cozy. The kitchen has equipment to prepare simple meals and there is also a dishwasher. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the landlord was great and quick, he was very kind to welcome all my requests. Absolutely recommended place to stay.
