Located on the ground floor of San Isidro, a stone's throw from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The neighbourhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-storey house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, plenty of natural light and air conditioning in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, a barbecue and a glass-enclosed barbecue.

Minimalist house on the top floor, surrounded by greenery, with terrace, large balcony and view of the equestrian centre. It works as a 3rd floor. Bright loft, super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. Separate entrance, good insulation. My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 minutes from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.

Beautiful house in the delta, very practical and comfortable, fully equipped, 700 meters from the mainland, 5 minutes of very relaxing navigation in a transfer boat included in the price. Located within the closed nautical neighborhood Aldea Del Lujan. Ideal for family time surrounded by nature, but if you need to work, we also have Wifi available. An excellent place to rest from the city while being just a few minutes away, 5 minutes from Villa La Nata, Nordelta, and 45 minutes from CABA.

House with unique details in a lagoon exclusively for guests. It has a sandy beach for entering the lagoon and a shared pier for exiting to the Carapachay River. It is for 4 people (the armchair works as a bed and underneath is an extra mattress). It has 2 bathrooms and is very comfortable and convenient. It has a floating raft with a mooring for boats and an exclusive park for the house. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. DOES NOT INCLUDE LINEN (SHEETS OR TOWELS) ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY RIVER TRANSPORT

Located in the Paraná Delta in Tigre, just 40 minutes from the River Station. The house has a private dock, from which you can access the river, where you can bathe, swim, fish and kayak. Both the dock and the house have safety nets, making it a safe space for young children and ideal for families. You can walk around the area and see nearby streams. There is a grocery store 150 meters walking distance, to buy food.
