The location of this apartment was brilliant, best ski resort we’ve stayed in. The apartment felt really cosy with great amenities. The building itself felt more luxurious compared to other building on the resort. Greta pool, sauna and hot tub with exceptional views. We’ll be back!

A great apartment within walking distance of the slopes. Clever storage meant that although the apartment isn't huge, it worked perfectly for our family of 4. We hope to be back! Thank you Aloïs!

Very spacious mountain apartment, we were comfortable there for a week of vacation with my husband and our 2 children. The bathroom has been remodeled and modern, the children's room is spacious, the kitchen is large and very well equipped, nothing was missing. The living room is very large and nice, the sofa bed was a little fair for me and my husband was a big size but the second very large and wide sofa allowed us to sleep better separately so it didn't bother us. We used the nickel ski locker for part of the family and for the less sporty family, we took the option to rent a location for boots and skimium skis right next to the snow front for 2 euros /day /person which was very comfortable. The place was very clean upon arrival. Christelle was responsive when we solicited her and very pleasant. We will gladly return to this rental.

I have been skiing in the Alps for almost 40 years and over that time I have seen many chalets but none of them comes close to this chalet. With the piste/lift right by the entrance to the block you really have ski in ski out. There are two excellent supermarkets within 200m of the chalet providing fresh croissants for breakfast. The sauna was excellent and all of the accommodation was as advertised with loads of cupboard space (so much I didn't even use some of it). Ski hire shops and Oxygen guiding office are right by the chalet and the chalet has negotiated a significant discount with Oxygen that you may be able to take advantage of. We will be back provided you leave us some space in the calendar!

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful clean apartment with a lovely view of the lake. 100m to the nearest ski lift and shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Perfect location! Would definitely recommend!

The stay went very well in the accommodation offered by Camille, the setting is really nice and quiet, the accommodation is impeccable and with the first heat of the year, the small outdoor area is a very good point. Camille is a very good host, he advised us on local activities and surrounding restaurants.

we had a pleasant stay. Stéphanie is another very responsive. She responded to our needs at any time of the day, even evening... a host of rare responsiveness so that we could fully enjoy the stay. The accommodation was impeccable. I highly recommend 😁

the apartment was great. Sebastien's small touches for these tenants are worthy of a 3-star hotel. (small bottle of water, shampoo, shower gel, etc.). the apartment is very clean. and for bikers, Sebastien provides a garage to secure the bike. it was a nice surprise and in addition everything is close to the accommodation so no need to take the motorbike. thank you

Terrific stay for a family group! Excellent location. We could walk from the ski locker room to the Olympique or Solaise gondola within 100m. And we could ski in end of day. Close to ski rental, groceries, and restaurants etc. We also enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony and being on the top floor. Having Mayra as concierge located in the building meant it was easy to address a few minor questions. The photos are also very accurate and were very helpful for us.

We spent 3 days in Marilyne's accommodation, where everything is well thought out so that we have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I recommend this accommodation for its location, cleanliness and view of Lake Annecy.

The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Fabulous apartment in great, ski in ski out location. Really stylish and comfortable and with stunning views, also the spa and communal areas are top notch. Excellent ski hire and fresh bread available in the building so everything we needed! Stephane was a lovely host and really responsive and helpful. Would definitely like to return!

The apartment can't be better located! Well equipped and very functional. Communication was very smooth and the arrival flexible ++ We had a great week with my son.

Great accommodation in the heart of 1950, very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Nearby there are many restaurants, grocery store and shops. You can rent ski equipmet from a ski shop in the same building. Very quiet during the night only some noise after 8am but it was ok with earplugs. Highly recommended

Excellent stay in Charline's apartment. I recommend without hesitation, everything is very clean, tidy, very well arranged with lots of practical amenities, all in a cozy atmosphere. Very nice view with very nice terrace. Charline is very nice, accommodating and responsive and knows how to give us good advice for hikes and restaurants nearby. Ideal location to do everything on foot in the village. We will definitely come back!

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was great: clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It immediately feels like home. A huge thank you to Elise, the owner, who was lovely from start to finish. She is warm, welcoming, always available and full of good tips to discover the region. We had a great stay at Le Grattague with Wilfried. His warm and well-appointed apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
