There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Walking distance to downtown Findlay with a nice grassy park in front of the house, perfect for playing with kids or dogs. The private entrance walks into a spacious living room with two leather couches and Smart TV with streaming apps included. Kitchen includes a range, fridge, and microwave. There is a half-bathroom downstairs and full-bathroom with jacuzzi and double sinks upstairs. Towels, bedding, and various toiletries are included. WiFi is complimentary. Thank you!

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Cozy Cottage on The Farm-No Cleaning Fee

Come relax on our farm. Your accommodations are in our tiny house. The Cottage features a full kitchen, a large shower and a view through the French doors of the pond. Relax on the patio area while you enjoy your propane fire pit as you prepare dinner on the gas grill. The cottage is about 380 square feet, so we will limit it to two guests. You’ll have a queen bed and a lay flat reclining leather couch to sleep on. The cottage also has wifi and a Smartv.

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.
