Piccola cucina completa di tutto. Patio privato su piscina condivisa e giardino privato con pergola e orto fiorito. Ideale per 4 ospiti, non adatto a bambini sotto i 2 anni. La piscina non ha protezione quindi potenzialmente pericolosa.
