Our unit has recently had a full renovation which now has a new bathroom, kitchen, painting and floor coverings. Everything you require is within 400 metres walking distance Coles, Woolworth's, newsagent, Boutique shops, coffee shops, clubs & pubs it really is a park & walk location. As unit is located on first floor there are 22 steps to access the unit.

"Anglesey House" Iconic Forbes CBD Heritage Home

"Anglesey House" a two storey, Late Victorian home built in 1884 in the CBD. A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden. You have your own carport and there is etra street parking for a larger vehicle or a Ute and trailer. We are not a resort location.
