Newly renovated cottage with lake view

Newly renovated cottage right next to Lake Örlen. Around the house runs a large terrace where there are several places to settle to follow the sun around the house. Towards the lake there is a hot tub, outdoor shower, lounge sofas sunbeds as well as a dining group. This is where everyone can fit! Interior refurbished in modern style. Open plan kitchen and living area with, among other things, dining area, wine cooler, fireplace and several seating areas. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the loft.

At the back there is a patio with a barbecue under a roof with a morning sun. The property The living room has a double bed (2x80cm) as well as a bunk bed. Toilet with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is complete and equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and hot air oven as well as coffee machine. Modern tv with cromecast and wireless wifi. There are rooms for everyone and large open areas for social activities in front of the open fire. Outdoor room with table and sofa and patio. Solid kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove and dishwasher. Large cottage near Lake Vättern in Sweden

The guest house is situated in a stunning garden setting 10mins drive North of Hjo. Wildlife seen by our guests, in the forest, include elk, deer, red squirrels, hawks, eagles & cranes. Lake Vättern is 5mins by bike. The wooden town of Hjo is located on Lake Vättern between Gothenburg & Stockholm. The city structure is almost exactly the same as in medieval times. The steamship S/S Trafik is one of the oldest in Sweden going on regular trips to Visingsö. Tivedin National Park is 45mins.

Forget all the everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. Scenic and highly located with ample hiking trails in the nearby area. The house is renovated 2020, with all amenities, such as sat TV, wifi, pool table, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, garden grill, swing set, and also fireplace. The glazed patio and patio offer many pleasant moments, with beautiful views and amazing sunsets. The house is smoke-free! There is also access to the electric car charger 11 kw .

Welcome to this homey home! There are places for all ages ,both indoors, in the garden and on the beach. The proximity to the beach and the nice shallow lake with the jetty provides relaxation and many nice swimming trips. There is possibility to rent a boat, nice boardwalks and an exercise track nearby. Lakefront with large grounds during the summer idyll Fagersanna!

Fully equipped cottage about 69 sq m, thriving plot full of blueberry rice as well as nice patio with lake view and evening sun. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow as well as trampoline for the little ones. Several nice swimming areas within a short walking distance with a jumping tower, kayak rental, glass kiosk, etc. Beautiful surroundings and nature with a close and lovely excursions to e.g. summer gems Hjo, Karlsborg, Tivedens nature reserve and Skara Sommarland.
