Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tibas

Rita was an amazing host during my long weekend in San Jose. She always greeted me in the morning & asked what I had planned & ensured I had a reliable transportation (I Ubered everywhere being a solo female traveler). The room was exactly what I needed for the few days & very clean. While I didn’t use the kitchen there were clear instructions & Rita let me know there was space in the fridge if I had brought anything back. If I’m ever back in the city I will be booking with Rita again, cannot recommend enough!

I enjoyed my stay and I look forward to coming back.

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.

Un segundo hogar, gran atención, cómoda habitación con lo necesario, y Lilia es el host que todo viajero merece, me ayudaron a facilitar mi viaje y por ello estoy tremendamente agradecido, Pura Vida!

My wife and I loved staying at Roberto's home. Roberto and Yafa were great hosts and check in was easy. The house was cozy and we dug the mixture of wood and local stone that they have. Neighborhood was a chill residential spot. We enjoyed the Parque de Cuatro Reinas de Tibás park and had tasty food around the corner at Caribbean Flavor restaurant. We'd definitely stay again. The room is pretty decent for the cost in San Jose, the location is close to Barrio Escalante and Walmart so pretty handy. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking, and the WiFi was sufficient for working.

Excelente atención el administrador siempre atento muy céntrico todo lo que se necesite en la cocina y si no había el resolvía mis hijos fascinados con la bañera y parque de juegos en la esquina

La vdd el lugar es muy hermoso ,moderno y con todas las comodidades excelente las almohadas muy riiicas la piscina las canchas gimnasio td nos encantó... detener la oportunidad volveremos a repetir.....

Es un lugar cómodo y agradable. Sus áreas recreativas son muy bonitas y ofrecen diversas opciones para disfrutar del espacio. Además, su ubicación es bastante accesible para visitar otros sitios de interés en San José, Costa Rica.

Nos encanta Núcleo Sabana, y el alojamiento espacioso nos permitió pasar una semana en familia cómodamente!!

it's was a nice place beside the dogs barking all day and no central air but other then that it was great the host was amazing they help make the stay easy and gave so many places to eat and so many places to go

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung. Das Gebäude hat einiges zu bieten und ist ruhig und sicher gelegen. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Gerne wieder

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

Quiero agradecer de todo corazón a Francisco por el hospedaje que nos brindó. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos impresionó lo impecable que estaba todo: cada espacio estaba perfectamente equipado y extremadamente limpio. Las áreas verdes son hermosas, bien cuidadas, y transmiten una paz indescriptible. Además, su atención fue excepcional, siempre atento a nuestros mensajes y dispuesto a ayudar, un lugar que supera las expectativas.

El apartamento es super silencioso y de una calidad de construccion 10/10. Los amenities en la terraza son como de hotel 5 estrellas Esteban es un gran host, hasta fué a medir el ruido antes de completar mi reserva para asegurar que no había ruido(soy maniatico con eso). Eso es implicarse! Muchas gracias! La casa tenia todos los utensilios, y ademas hasta en mi caso había aceite sal etc y todo eso que no quieres salir a comprar para una estadía córta. La cama es cómoda. No hace ni calor ni frio. No tengo nada negativo ni que comentar sobre qué mejorar porque la verdad realmente no encontré problema alguno ! Volveré

He estado en este apartamento desde enero hasta junio (con solo un mes intermedio fuera), así que eso ya dice mucho: si me quedé tanto tiempo es porque se está de maravilla. El lugar es impecable, uno de los mejores apartamentos que se pueden alquilar por la zona. Ideal para una o dos personas, muy cómodo, perfectamente equipado y bien organizado. Mario, el anfitrión, ha sido siempre atento, resolutivo y pendiente de cualquier detalle. La comunicación ha sido excelente desde el primer día. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!
