Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tibas

Rita was an amazing host during my long weekend in San Jose. She always greeted me in the morning & asked what I had planned & ensured I had a reliable transportation (I Ubered everywhere being a solo female traveler). The room was exactly what I needed for the few days & very clean. While I didn’t use the kitchen there were clear instructions & Rita let me know there was space in the fridge if I had brought anything back. If I’m ever back in the city I will be booking with Rita again, cannot recommend enough!

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.

Really nice place and Marjorie was very responsive and kind! The shower was the best one we've had in Costa Rica.

A second home, great service, comfortable room with everything you need, and Lilia is the host that every traveler deserves. They helped make my trip easier and for that I am tremendously grateful, Pura Vida!

My wife and I loved staying at Roberto's home. Roberto and Yafa were great hosts and check in was easy. The house was cozy and we dug the mixture of wood and local stone that they have. Neighborhood was a chill residential spot. We enjoyed the Parque de Cuatro Reinas de Tibás park and had tasty food around the corner at Caribbean Flavor restaurant. We'd definitely stay again. Great place to stay for a few nights. Núcleo has a lot to offer and the apartment is therefore very convenient. I liked the matrass a lot, usually not the best item of rental units, so very content with that! Great fridge, washer / dryer and the rest. Would stay again!

This was a lovely stay in a luxury building with amenities. The shades are completely block out the sun.

The most comfortable bed in all of San Jose!!! Overall a 5 star experience. The best breakfast is nearby at a cute Cafe called Simple! Thanks Johnny!

Comfortable apartment within Nucleo Sabana the complex has many amenities and a restaurant area which makes it easy not to have to go out to the surroundings to get something to eat. The room has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

Probably the best AirBNB I’ve been in. Good gym + awesome swimming lanes (25m). Great views. More amenities than most people have at their homes. Great all around. Make sure to go on some of their trips - they are great.

The apartment has excellent conditions and the location is very good, very happy with our stay, we will definitely take it again in the future

Melany is an excellent, communicative and accessible host. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos; it has a beautiful view, the balcony is spacious. Parqueo is close to the elevator, very easy to locate.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in the Nucleo- nice and convenient since it is on the same floor as the bridge to the parking garage.

The apartment is super quiet and has a 10/10 construction quality. The amenities on the terrace are like a 5-star hotel Esteban is a great host, he even went to measure the noise before completing my reservation to ensure there was no noise (I'm a maniac about that). That's getting involved! Thank you so much! The house had all the utensils, and also in my case there was oil, salt, etc. and all that stuff you don't want to go out and buy for a short stay. Comfortable bed It's neither hot nor cold. I have nothing negative to say or suggestions for improvement because the truth is I really didn't find any problems! I'll be back

My stay at Mario's apartment was excellent. The place is very comfortable, well-equipped and in an excellent area. Mario is a very friendly host and always attentive to any need. Definitely a great option to stay. 100% recommended!

It's a spectacular apartment, in a new and very conveniently located condominium. Perfect to start your journey in Costa Rica. The condominium pool is exceptional and even though it was a passing stay, I would have been happy to stay a week. It has a Walmart just a few steps away and was perfect for stocking up and buying everything you forgot at home. The best part was the proximity to the bus station from where our bus to La Fortuna departed😊. Very good choice ✨ and grateful for Damaris' attention and helpfulness. Always attentive to whatever you need
