Our lodging of 60m² is quiet and fully equiped, for short or long stays. You will have access by foot to "La Forêt de Phalempin", its several walking paths and natural interests. It's close to all amenities and accesses : - In the village, a caterer offers excellences products. You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the motorway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

A permaculture vegetable garden, trampoline, boules court, for this charming mansion of about 300M2 composed of a main dwelling with a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with wood stove. 1 other living room with central fireplace, shower room on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Another small house with kitchen, toilet, shower room and large bedroom with terrace.

Accommodation Ideal for taking contests in Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave.
