It's close to all amenities and accesses : - In the village, a caterer offers excellences products. You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

Le bâtiment est indépendant de notre maison . Au rez de chaussée se trouvent le salon, les wc et la cuisine et à l'étage la chambre avec la salle de bain. .Nous sommes à 3 km de la forêt de Phalempin . Pour le travail, l'autoroute est à 7 mn . Au plaisir de vous accueillir 😁.
