It is a unique character-house right in the middle of Icelandic nature with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and four bedrooms accommodating six to seven people. The rooms are all comfortably furnished and lovingly decorated with details that will let you delve into Icelandic culture and tradition. From every nook, you can experience a beautiful view over the hills and valleys of Eastern Iceland (the windows are a little old, but they will be modernized in the summer).

We invite you to our log cottage with veranda in the middle of an unspoiled nature. From the cottage you have a magnificent view of the mountains, the horses of the farm and the vastness of the landscape. You can take short or long walks and go horseback riding in every direction without any human disturbance or traffic. Nice little quite cabin outside of Raufarhöfn. If you are in the town Raufarhöfn, you go south from town about 4,5 km and you will see the cabin from the road on the right side. If you are coming from the other way you will drive next to airport and drive about 1 km and turn on the left side where you can see the name Myllan. Next to the cabin is a river and lots of space for hiking etc. Options for fishing on rod for reasonable price.
